Bollywood and Biryani

On Saturday night, a group of us went to Prasads to see a Bollywood movie called Kai Po Che. It was awesome or "chak ass" which means awesome in Hindi. I'm slowly picking up Hindi words and phrases. The movie was all in Hindi but I read the wiki before I saw it so I had an idea about the story line . Not gonna lie, it was really good even though I couldn't understand all of it. Lots of drama, great music, and some dancing. In India, half way through movies, they take an intermission. The lights come on and there is a ten minute break. Very strange. I think it would very interesting to watch it again with subtitles. After the movie, we walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner called Paradise. They are well known for their biryani and so is Hyderabad. Biryani is rice with spices and meat or vegetables. If you are vegetarian in India, you always refer to it as "veg" or if you want meat, you say "non veg". It was very delicious!!!!
